“Th[o/e]se Days” is a new collection of photos by Shahin Shahriari & Sina Bagheri. For this collection, they had used pictures of the Iranian Revolution of 1979 and merged them with the new shots of the same spots in Tehran today.

The creators say: “Sometimes I think to myself it would have been so cool, if on the buildings, cars, and other stuff in streets were record buttons like tape recorders, and you could click on them and see how they were in the past. I had only used a camera and Photoshop CS5 to make it happen and visualise this. I got the idea from the Russian photographer Sergey Larenkov who had done the same thing with old World War II photographs.”
