Dizi Restaurant in Tarasht
Dizi is one of the most traditional Iranian foods. It is usually made with lamb, chickpeas, white beans, onion, potatoes, tomatoes, dried lime and turmeric. The ingredients are combined together and cooked until done, at which point the dish is strained. The solids are then mashed and served with the broth along with flatbread.
This small Dizi restaurant is in Tarasht neighbourhood but has regular customers from all over Tehran and suburbs. It is also very popular with the Sharif University students. Naser [Khan] Gharemani is the well-respected and well-liked owner of this unique restaurant. The place still has the 1960s feel.

لازم شد یه سر بزنم.
واقعاً جای محشریست. کلی خاطره دارم از اینجا. یک نانوایی هم هست آن گوشه آن هم همان حال و هوای دیزیسرا را دارد. خاطراتم را زنده کردید. ارزش ثبت را داشت. انگار قسمتی از تاریخ کنده شده وسط شهر مانده. ممنون. سایتتان معرکهست.

جایی شبیه اینجا اما نه به این قدمت میشناسم نزدیک دانشگاهمون توی خیابون سرهنگ سخایی بود.مغازه ی خیلی کوچیکیه کنارشم یه نانوایی بربریه،هروقت برید املت،دیزی،کوفته و … با نون داغ میاره.

یعنی وقتی آدم پاشو تو یه جای سنتی میذاره دلش هوری میریزه پایین بس که این اماکن بیادماندنیه. عوضش پاتونو بذارید تو این فست فودها که یه مشت جوون بی ادب ِ بی نزاکت توشون جمع شدند. آدم اصلا اشتهاش کور میشه.
